Most of the voice acting is still very good.Such as Calculator, Microwave, Tinselina, Hearing-Aid and his brother so they got replaced by Robbie on the laundry basket. The cover on both the original 1998 VHS and 2003 DVD was misleading that several characters were missing on the cover. The part where the missile was getting ready to launch scared the younger viewers so much. And another thing is that the missile changed colors from blue and white to black and gray with an angry face on it about to destroy the Earth. Like when Lampy tried to get Robbie back to bed by tugging the back flap, his diaper was not added instead you only get a view of the baby's butt crack. There was a couple of animation errors in this movie.Unlike the last film, Wittgenstein is not seen again for the rest of this film after showing Toaster and the gang how to get to Mars.Ratso, while he is better portrayed than he was in the last film, doesn’t contribute as much to the plot of this movie. The microwave (voiced by Wayne Knight) was an unlikable and obnoxious jerk to Toaster and the gang (until he came with them to Mars). The balloons are pointless, and serve no purpose in the plot, other than singing "Floating".It was never explained how Robbie got placed in the bubble in the first place.Jon Lovitz doesn't return as Radio and his replacement is not very good. Some characters in the movie are not in the novel. The movie was released before The Brave Little Toaster to the Rescue in America, which caused some confusion over which movie was released first.Cheap animation, but that is expected from a direct-to-video sequel. While most of the characters are still likable, some of them might come off as one-dimensional, filler, and pointless. The film can get quite unfaithful to the novel, despite being based off of it.This film is so bizarre like having Balloons singing about how they went to space and a bunch of other weird stuff. The idea of appliances going to Mars, although a good idea, was not well-executed enough.
